    Undergraduate Opportunities

    DHSV has many different programs and services you can be part of that aim to improve and enhance the oral health of Victorians including:

  • The Early Childhood Oral Health Program
  • The School Dental Program
  • The Youth Dental Program
  • The Community Dental Program
  • Special Needs Programs
  • Specialist Care

    All new dental professionals are supported by experienced clinical mentors and offered a number of educational opportunities.


    Clinical training at the Dental Hospital

    In conjunction with The University of Melbourne and RMIT University, more than 250 undergraduate and postgraduate dental students, dental auxiliaries and other dental health workers are provided with clinical training by DHSV. In addition, around 30 graduate students provide specialist dental services through a variety of clinics such as Orthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
